WardenLock, a brand of Apex Rental Pro, LLC ("WardenLock", "we", "us"), offers an optional text-messaging (SMS) program for account holders. These Messaging Terms explain how you opt in, the kinds of messages you may receive, how often, what it may cost, and how to stop. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number — for example, during sign-up — or by otherwise giving us your express consent to text you. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you agree to receive automated text messages from WardenLock at that number.
Types of messages you may receive
- Account & security alerts — sign-in or verification codes, security notices, and important account updates.
- Service notifications — reminders and updates related to your inventory and account.
- Helpful tips — occasional onboarding or product tips (only if you opted in to non-essential messages).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the alerts you have enabled. Some messages, like security codes, are sent only when you trigger them.
Cost
WardenLock does not charge you to receive these text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.
How to stop (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending program text messages to that number. You may continue to receive certain essential, non-promotional messages where permitted, and you can still use WardenLock without SMS.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Changing your number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update it in your account or notify us, so that messages intended for you are not sent to someone who later holds that number.
Privacy
We handle the information collected through the SMS program — including your mobile number and your opt-in consent records — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in consent is not shared with third parties except subprocessors who help us deliver messages on our behalf.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
